Merrimac POI offline - We are currently investigating an outage with our upstream provider. Updates to follow.
Update 09:15 - It appears to be an equipment failure in our upstream provider's network in the POI itself. There is a field crew on it's way there, however they are attempting to see if they can remotely fix it. ETR to follow.
Update 11:00 - Unfortunately the networking equipment appears to be completely dead and cannot be reached remotely. The field crew is still in transit to the POI and another crew is bringing down a new switch from Brisbane. We do not expect this to be fixed before 2pm. We are investigating providing an alternate through our Vocus network, however it is unlikely it will be worth it unless this outage drags on into the late afternoon.
